This process is also valid when the products are not all available in stock at the time of ordering and the shipment requires a few days of waiting. If the option to save your credit card data was not selected during the purchase process, we do not save your data. You will be redirected to the PayPal site at the end of your order. You can log in with your PayPal account details and confirm the payment. Following your order, if you do not receive the confirmation email quickly, it is possible that you have given an incorrect email address or that the order process has not been completed correctly. How can I cancel or change an order ?
Simply write to our customer service! As long as your order is not packed, you can change or cancel it. We will try to accommodate your wishes as much as possible. Please note, however, that your package may already have been prepared and closed, see dispatch: in this case, changes are no longer possible.
You may return the products to us when they are complete, unopened, in their original packaging intact, and in perfect condition for resale. We do not accept products that are used, damaged or whose original packaging has deteriorated. When you return goods to us, the shipping costs are at your expense.

Article 1 – Presentation
The present general terms and conditions of sale are applicable to professional and non-professional customers. Clicking on the “Validate” button at the end of the order process implies complete and unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. The general conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between the company “HATHA Natura Sàrl” and its customers, both parties accepting them without reservation. They shall prevail over any other conditions appearing in any other document, unless prior, express and written exemption. The present conditions can be modified at any time without notice.
Article 2 – Purpose
The purpose of the present general terms and conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of the online sale of goods offered by hathanatura.ch to the consumer.
Article 3 – Product information
Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information presented on the hathanatura.ch website. Product names are used for identification purposes only. The photos, descriptions and prices of the products are not contractual.
Article 4 – Proof of the transaction
The computerized registers, kept in the computer systems of the company “HATHA Natura Sàrl” in reasonable conditions of security are considered as proof of communications, orders and payments between the parties. The archiving of purchase orders and invoices is carried out on a reliable and durable medium that can be produced as proof.
Article 5 – Order confirmation
The contractual information will be confirmed by email to the address provided by the consumer in the order form.
Article 6 – Prices and payments
The prices in force are those applicable on the day the order is issued. Our invoices are payable by credit cards via the secure system “Stripe”, via Paypal, via Twint App or by bank transfer to our IBAN account. All bank transactions must be carried out in advance and validated in order to start the process of sending the goods. We can accept orders while stocks last. If, despite our vigilance, the items are unavailable, we will inform consumers by email as soon as possible. Unless otherwise advised by the consumer, we will proceed with the shipment of the entire order upon receipt of the missing item.
Article 7 – Shipping conditions and rates
All parcels sent are transported by Swiss Post and are subject to their general terms and conditions of transport. Each parcel will be invoiced according to the rates and delivery times of Swiss Post.
Article 7.1 – International Europe

Article 7.2 – Delivery problem due to the carrier
In the event of a delivery problem, the consumer must communicate his or her complaint by email to firstname.lastname@example.org on the day of delivery or at the latest on the first working day following delivery, setting out the said complaint in detail. Beyond this deadline, any complaint will be rejected.
Article 7.3 – Delivery errors
The consumer shall inform “HATHA Natura Sàrl”, on the day of delivery or at the latest on the first working day following delivery, of any claim of delivery error and/or non-conformity of the products in kind or quality, in relation to the indications on the delivery note. Beyond this deadline, any complaint will be rejected. The formulation of this complaint must be made to the email address email@example.com. Any claim not made within the rules defined above and within the time limits could not be taken into account and will release “HATHA Natura Sàrl” from any responsibility towards the consumer.
Article 8 – Product Warranty
The provisions of these general terms and conditions of sale may not deprive the consumer of the legal guarantee which obliges the professional seller to honour the obligations incumbent upon him. The consumer is expressly informed that the company “HATHA Natura Sàrl” is not the manufacturer of the products presented on the site hathanatura.ch and that it is released from any liability due to defective products. Consequently, in the event of damage caused to a person or property by product defect, only the responsibility of the manufacturer may be sought by the consumer, based on the information on the packaging of the said product. The duration of the guarantee is that of the use-by date. Are excluded from this warranty, all products modified by the customer or by any other entity.
Article 9 – Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal applies only to natural persons. In accordance with the Law, the consumer has a period of seven (7) working days to return, at his expense, products that do not suit him. This period starts from the day of receipt of the consumer’s order. Any return must be notified in advance to the customer service department of hathanatura.ch. In order for the consumer to benefit from the right of retraction, sensitive products must not have been unsealed. Only products returned as a whole, in their original packaging, complete and intact, and in perfect condition for resale will be taken back. Any product which will have been damaged or whose original packaging will have been damaged, will not be refunded, taken back or exchanged. This right of retraction is exercised without penalty, except for shipping and return costs. In the event of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the consumer has the choice to request either a refund of the sums paid or an exchange of the product. In the case of an exchange, the reshipment will be at the expense of the consumer. In the event of exercising the right of retraction, hathanatura.ch will make every effort to reimburse the consumer within ten (10) days after the return of the products.
Article 10 – Protection of personal data
All personal data entrusted to “HATHA Natura Sàrl” is done so in order to be able to process orders. Under Swiss law relating to data processing, files and conditions of data retention, the consumer has the right to rectify, consult, modify and delete data he has provided. This right must be exercised by post.
Article 11 – Disputes
Any order placed via hathanatura.ch implies the customer’s unreserved acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale of hathanatura.ch. In the event of sale to a legal entity, any dispute relating to the sale (prices, general terms and conditions, products, etc.) will be subject to Swiss law before the competent court at the registered office of hathanatura.ch.
Article 12 – Force majeure
Neither of the parties will have failed in its contractual obligations, insofar as their execution will be delayed, hindered or prevented by a fortuitous case of force majeure. Will be considered as a case of force majeure any irresistible fact or circumstance, external to the parties, unforeseeable, unavoidable, independent of the will of the parties and which cannot be prevented by the latter, despite all reasonably possible efforts. The party affected by such circumstances will notify the other within fifteen working days following the date on which it becomes aware of them. The two parties will then, within 3 weeks, unless impossible due to force majeure, to examine the impact of the event and agree on the conditions under which the execution of the contract will be continued. If the case of force majeure lasts longer than one month, the present general conditions may be terminated by the injured party. The following are expressly considered to be cases of force majeure or fortuitous events, in addition to those usually retained by the jurisprudence of Swiss courts and tribunals: the blocking of means of transport, earthquakes, fires, storms, floods, lightning, the stoppage of telecommunication networks or difficulties specific to telecommunication networks external to the customers.
Article 13 – Partial non validation
If one or several stipulations of the present general conditions are considered as not validated or declared as such in application of a law, a regulation or following a final decision of a competent jurisdiction, the other stipulations will keep all their force and scope.
Article 14 – Applicable law
These general terms and conditions are subject to Swiss law. The same applies to the rules of substance as to the rules of form. In the event of a dispute or complaint, the consumer shall first contact hathanatura.ch to obtain an amicable solution.
